We Are Not Alone.

Most people in the world today are lonely. The feeling of abandonment is a disease killing many souls. It brings about isolation which is unhealthy.

Whoever isolates himself seeks his own desire; he breaks out against all sound judgment. (Proverbs 18:1 ESV)

Even believers in Christ sometimes have this disease. It cripples the soul and is part of the devils scheme to bring about frustration and fear.

So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. (Isaiah 41:10 NIV)

In my many trials in life, one thing I've learned is, I'm never alone. No matter how tough and difficult a situation may seem, my savior is standing right next to me.

Yes, he is. If he lives in me in spirit form "The Holy Spirit", it means everywhere I step my foot I have him there.

This means I often times make him suffer for my mistakes. Only to realize he tried to prevent that mistake but I did not listen.

Surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. (Isaiah 53:4-5 NIV)

The unbelievers are alone due to choice. By refusing to accept Christ and invite the Holy Spirit into their hearts. The choice of eternal loneliness and suffering.

I'm never alone because the Holy Spirit never abandons me. Christ promised us his spirit to be our advocate, helper and comforter. This spirit is supposed to be our best friend because he speaks.

I am going to send you what my Father has promised;... (Luke 24:49 NIV)

We have to trained our minds to listen to him for guidance and directions.

We have to create our alone time in order not to feel alone. To get strength and power to rise above our trials.

“Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. (Isaiah 60:1 NIV)

As I go through daily trials I continue to be amazed at the promises God has for his children.

The reason we often settle for less is because we don't know what God's promises are. We live in ignorance, thus bearing the sufferings of unbelieving people.

my people are destroyed from lack of knowledge... (Hosea 4:6 NIV)

I've also learned that my trials can be discipline from God. Him teaching me to stay steadfast in him only.

because the Lord disciplines the one he loves, and he chastens everyone he accepts as his son.” Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as his children. For what children are not disciplined by their father? (Hebrews 12:6-7 NIV)

Acknowledging that our Heavenly Father does not change in a changing world is a very powerful tool. His promises to never leave us stay the same to us today. All we need is to know them and hold Him to his unchanging word by fearing him in faith.

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge,... (Proverbs 1:7 NIV)

We are not alone because he that is in us is greater than he that is in the world.

You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world. (1 John 4:4 NIV)

I may physically be standing alone but, in the spirit world I'm not.

If the Holy Spirit lives in me, it means the Father and the Son are with the Holy Spirit. I can go on and on ...

I'm never alone because the word of God is true.

He builts my faith in my trials reminding me he is with me always until the end.

... And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” (Matthew 28:20 NIV)
