34th Birthday Praise!!!

It is good to praise the Lord and make music to your name, O Most High, proclaiming your love in the morning and your faithfulness at night, (Psalm 92:1-2 NIV)

As I reflect on my life today one thing stands out, the joy of knowing my savior Jesus Christ. He gives me peace and is  source of  my true happiness.

On this special day my heart overflows with thankfulness. And because I'm happy, I will sing Praise.

I praise you Lord because you are worthy to be praised.

    I praise you Lord, for you are Holy, holy, holy is The Lord Almighty; 
    the whole earth is full of his glory.

  I praise you Lord because everything that has breath should praise you.

I praise you Lord because I was created to worship you only.

I praise you Lord because I am fearfully and wonderfully made in your image and likeness.

I praise you Lord because, your steadfast love for me endures forever.

  I praise you Lord because, he that lives in me is greater than he that is in the world.

  I praise you Lord for I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God in me.

I praise you Lord for I am more than conquerors because of your love and the prince of this earth can not separate me from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

  I praise you Lord because, you tell me great and unsearchable things I do not know when I call on you.

  I praise you Lord for blessing me with such hard working and God fearing husband.

I Praise you Lord for our children and the joy they bring into our hearts.

I praise you Lord for the trials we face that strengthens our faith.

 I praise you Lord for your promise of never living us alone.

  I praise you for my family and friends and all the people you have blessed me with.

I praise you because of the works of your mighty hand in my life.

I praise you because your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path.

I praise you because your unfailing love is my comfort.

I praise you because I have put my hope in your word.

I praise you because your statutes are my delight; they are my counselors.

I praise you because you heard my cry for mercy and gave me a word.

I praise you because your word that goes out will not return to you empty, but will accomplish what you desire and achieve the purpose for which you sent it.

I praise you because your only Son took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows,
  yet we considered him stricken by God, smitten by him, and afflicted.
  But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for iniquities; 
  the punishment that brought us peace was upon him,
   and by his wounds we are healed.

I praise you Lord, because all who read this will be blessed and encouraged.

"The Lord is upright; he is my Rock, and there is no wickedness in him." Psalm 92:15

How I met Prince Charming!

Everyone has a story of how they met their Prince Charming. Yours maybe be more exciting than others. Or maybe, more awkward than others. Well, let me give you a chance to make the judgment in my situation. January 2007 was when it all started in South Bend Indiana. For those of you who don't know, January is the coldest, snowiest month of the year with icy roads. As the weather forecaster always says, "if you have no reason to be outside, stay indoors." For several years, I made it a habit to journal  important events in my life . A Mother's Bond

The connection we have with our children  is very powerful. The bond can not be broken. It is a love like no other. A love that speaks from the heart with a very powerful intuition. God made us carry them in our bodies for almost 10 months. This pregnancy process is a bonding mystery. Feeling the baby move and it can actually respond when you talk to them. I remember my babies giving me kicks of assurance when I asked if they are ok in there. What a magical feeling it is. The bonding continuous as we hear the first cry that pierces our hearts, nursing them, waking up at night and going through days with very limited sleep. Stirring at them to see if we'll see a body part actuall grow instantly. All the smiles and crying only builds up a stronger bond etc. We get soo attached to them that even leaving them home with our husbands is scary.
